The Quality Management System of Superior Graphite meets the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015. It incorporates the process approach where consistent and predictable results are achieved more effectively and efficiently when activities are understood and managed as interrelated processes.

Our quality system registrars complete annual audits to assure our ongoing compliance. In addition to ongoing cooperation with customers and using a robust auditing program, our Quality Management System is continually improving to meet our customer’s needs and expectations.
